Acie Rainwater

Acie ���Rusty��� Rainwater age 54 of Tyler passed away on Tuesday April 27, 2010 at Jackson Hospital in Montgomery. Graveside services will be held on Friday April 30, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at New Live Oak Cemetery with Rev. Robert Bayne and Bro. Paul Pierce officiating and Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home directing.
Acie or ���Rusty��� as he was known by many is preceded in death by his father, Chester B. Rainwater, Sr., his grandparents, Acie Benjamin and Clara Rainwater and Maggie Dunagan and Allen Nathaniel Talbert.
He is survived by his mother, Mary M. Rainwater, his sons, Acie Nathan (Lacy) Rainwater, Sr. and Blake Rainwater, his grandchildren, Acie N. Rainwater, Jr. and Hunter J. Rainwater, his sisters, Patsy R. Deer (Wayne), Patricia R. Hatfield (Bill), Linda R. Pierce (Walter), Sheila R. Thomas (David), a brother, Chester B. Rainwater, Jr., numerous nieces and nephews, and his special pet, ���Bama.���
Pallbearers will be Nathan Rainwater, Blake Rainwater, Luke Hatfield, Paul Pierce, Chris Deer, and Trey Rainwater.
The family will receive friends on Thursday April 29, 2010 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
