Agnes Strickland, age 97, passed away Wednesday, March 23, 2011. She was a long-time member of Shiloh Baptist Church, Sardis, Alabama.
Ms. Strickland was predeceased by her parents, Mack Milton Strickland, M.D. and Carrie Adams Strickland, and her sister, Eleanor Strickland (William Comer) Sims.
Graveside services will be at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, March 25, 2011 at New Live Oak Cemetery with Rev. Bill Gardner officiating and Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home directing.
A special thank you is extended to Laura Langdon, Shirley Hill, William Langdon, the staff of Park Place Nursing Home and to Ralph Hobbs and Amy Huff.
