Alexis Jewel Nichols, age 8, passed away August 24, 2011. She is survived by her parents, Jason and Bridgette Nichols; maternal grandparents, Danny Ray (Bridgette) Langford and Virginia (Stewart) Hughey; paternal grandparents, Robert (Becky) Nichols and Deanna Willis; maternal great-grandparents, Gracie Green, L. G. (Mildred) Langford, Buddy Green; Jim and Vivian Scruggs and Ann and Thomas Clinton; paternal great-grandparents, Wayne (Louise) Nichols and Wendell (Charlotte) Nichols; paternal great-great grandmother, Ruth Mullins; brother, Jason Cole Nichols; great uncles, Kenneth (Terry) Nichols, Thomas Nichols, Curtis (Suzie) Nichols, , Bo (Vicki) Willis, Jr. Green and William Green; aunts, Mallorie Nichols and Victoria Langford; great aunts Brenda Driver and Margaret (Benny) Peyton; uncles, Skyler Langford and Chandler Nichols and cousins, David (Brina) Nichols, Amanda (Aaron) Manahan, Cierra (Freddy) Stein, Collen Nichols, Thomas Nichols, Austin Willis, Melissa Willis, Briona, Katlin and Magen Nichols, Austin Green and B. J., Derick Peyton, Amanda and Casey Driver and Tamara and Tara Green. A memorial service will be held Friday, August 26, 2011 at 5:00 p.m. at Crosspoint Christian Church with Rev. Alan Yarbrough and Rev. David Nichols officiating. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations be made to the family at P. O. Box 285, Bon Secour, AL 36511.
