Alfred Davenport

Alfred Earl Davenport, age 70, a resident of Clanton, AL, passed away October 28, 2008. Surviving are his wife, Evelyn Davenport; sisters-in-law, Margie Caffee and Eleanor Busby; niece, Vicky (Jeff) Johnson; cousin, Paul Atchison and numerous relatives and friends. Funeral services will be Thursday, October 30, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at Selma Funeral Home Chapel with Paul Atchison officiating. Interment will be in Pineview Memory Gardens with Selma Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be prior to the service from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. Pallbearers will be J. C. Smith, Doyle Yessick, Jeff Johnson, Wade "Sp" Ezekiel, Brad Harrison and Charlie Whitfield. Honorary pallbearers will be the staff of Southern Care Hospice.
