Betty Kendrick

Betty Faye Kendrick, age 73 of Millbrook, AL and long-time resident of Selma, passed away July 22, 2016. She was preceded in death by her parents, Milam and Nell Ree Warren and sister, Lois Chubb. Surviving are her children, William "Les" (DeVonne) Ammons, Jr., Susan (Dennis) Wooldridge, Faye (Jeff) Kantz and Richard Scott (Renea) Ammons; sisters, Shirley (Charles) Kerridge and Donna (Ronnie) Rice; special friend, Alva Blair; ten grandchildren; four great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral services will be Tuesday, July 26, 2016 at 11:30 a.m. at Selma Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be in New Live Oak Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Tyler Ammons, Shawn Suttle, Denton Boroughs, Deric Kantz, David "DJ" Lawrence and Darrell Kendrick. Flowers will be accepted or the family requests memorial donations be made to a local Veteran group.
