Betty Harris

Betty Mae Hooker Harris passed away December 26, 2021 at the age of 86. She was born May 5, 1935 to the late Edwin Hooker and Tracy Anna McHenry Hooker.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James F. “Tincey” Harris; daughter, Sabrina Ann Harris Lolley; brothers-in-law, Ralph Cane, Ardell Fender and Buddy Sheffield and sisters-in-law, Janet Hooker and Phyllis Hooker.

She is survived by her son, James Scott (Shelia) Harris; grandchildren, Michael (Laura) Curtis, Janet Marie (Johnnie) Smith, Christy Harris (Mike) Rushing and Brandon Scott (Sabrina) Harris; six great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; son-in-law, Tim Lolley; sisters, Doris Cane, Ruby Fender and Ann Hooker Sheffield and brothers, James Hooker and Chuck Hooker.

Graveside services will be Tuesday, December 28, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at New Live Oak Cemetery with Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home directing.
