Betty Sue Headley, of Clanton, Alabama, passed away May 11, 2017. She was born January 15, 1948, to the late Sam W. and Irene Campbell.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Forest "F.J." Joseph Headley, II; brother, Ed Smith; two grandchildren and step-mother, Gladys Jean Benson Moore.
She is survived by her children, Earl (Crystal) Headley, David (Melissa) Headley, Tim (Vickie) Headley, Rickey (Amanda) Headley and Jay (Nichole) Headley, III; step-father, James Campbell; brothers, Sam W. Smith, Jr., Jerry (Lisa) Smith, Mike (Betty) Smith and Ted (Deborah) Smith; sister, Marie (Jeff) Vining; sixteen grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral services will be Friday, May 19, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home with Rev. Jerry Smith officiating. Interment will follow in Pineview Memory Gardens. Visitation will be prior to the service beginning at 1:00 p.m.
Friends and family will serve as pallbearers.
