Betty Seele

Betty J. Seele, age 79, of Selma, died Wednesday October 20, 2010. She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Louis Seele, Sr.; parents, John M. and Bettie Melton, and her brothers and sister, Keith Melton, Clara Belle Bennett, Earl Melton and John H. Melton. Survivors include her children, Kathryn Gail Brooks (Bill) of Ozark, AL, Carl L. Seele (Willie Mae) of Selma and John Zachary Seele (Shea) of Montgomery, AL; grandchildren, William Brett Brooks, John Matthew Brooks, Garrison Brooks, Katie Elizabeth Seele, Abigail Ann Seele, Emily Brook Seele, Justin Pruette Seele and Adam Louis Seele; brother, Clifford Melton (Sarah) sisters, Doris Wilson and Lila Mae Nichols and a special friend Sam Hillman.
Graveside services will be held Friday October 22, 2010 at 1:30 p.m. at New Live Oak Cemetery with Reverend Cory Horton officiating and Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home at 12:30 p.m. Friday.
Pallbearers will be her grandchildren.
