Bobbie Charles Hobbie, age 67, of Valley Grande, AL, passed away October 31, 2016. She was preceded in death by husband, Curtis M. Hobbie; and father, Charles Roy Helms, Sr. Surviving are her mother, Virginia Titus Helms; children, Ann (Jeff) Smith, Patricia Stripling (Shane Hamersley), Terri (Kendall) Smith and Christy Farnham; brother, Charles (Tammy) Helms, Jr.; sisters, Sue (Terry) Rogers, Charlene (Buddy) Osburn, Merri Helms, and Vickie (Tommy) Beach; eleven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be Thursday, November 3, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. in Pineview Memory Gardens with Tammy Chandler officiating and Selma Funeral Home directing. Pallbearers will be Jeff Smith, Kendall Smith, Buddy Hughes, Terry Rogers, Kenneth Robert Osburn and Tommy Beach. Honorary pallbearers will be Pete Smith and Charlie Freeman.
