Bobby Willis

Bobby Hughes Willis, beloved husband, father, grandfather and friend died Saturday, November 26, 2016.

He is survived by his wife, Leigh Willis;  daughter, Jessica Willis; sons, Benjamin Krumnow and Todd Krumnow; brother, Benny Willis and niece, Melanie Blair.

After graduating from Auburn University with a degree in Animal Sciences, Bobby was drafted into the U.S. Army for three years and was stationed in Maine. Finding a new career in army life, he returned to Auburn where he completed his accounting degree. After working thirty-five years at International Paper, Bobby retired to his love on his family farm. He was appointed registrar for Dallas County where he served until present day.

Graveside services will be held at New Live Oak Cemetery on Tuesday, November 29 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Clayton Speed officiating and Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home directing. Friends will gather in the fellowship hall at Church Street United Methodist Church following the service.

Bobby was preceded in death by his parents, T.H. and Jessie Isabelle Willis; brother Thomas Willis and nephew, Roger Willis.
