Carrington Allen Pickens Sr., age 40, of Selma, AL, died Sunday March 15, 2009. He was preceded in death by his mother; Rebecca Spivey Pickens and his brother; Thomas Rex Pickens III. Survivors include his sons; Carrington Allen Pickens Jr., Kenneth Spivey Pickens, father; Thomas Rex Pickens and his sister; Elizabeth Pickens Nelson. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday March 19, 2009 at Colierene Community Cemetery with Reverend Elwood Sims and Reverend Travis Barnes officiating and Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be from 9-10 a.m. Thursday March 19, 2009 at the family's home.
