Charles Mccloud

Charles Fredrick McCloud, 77, of Selma passed away January 30, 2010 at his home. He was preceded in death by his wives, Janice Sue Speegle McCloud and Sylvia Burchfield McCloud; parents, McNeal and Virgie McCloud and brothers, McNeal McCloud Jr. and Carlos McCloud. He is survived by his sons, Charles Michael (Sue) McCloud of Baldwyn, MS, Larry Keith (Cheryl) McCloud of Tuscaloosa, AL, Stepson, Bermer Shepard, Jr. of Valley Grande, AL; step-daughter, Debra (Gary) Smith of Valley Grande, AL; grandchildren, Heather Bryan of Bend, OR, Michael McCloud of Buford, S.C., Joshua McCloud of Baldwyn, MS, Toni Rolan of Palm Bay, FL, Keith McCloud, Melissa McCloud, and Stephanie McCloud all of Millbrook, AL, and Sandy (James) Mills of Ardmore, AL; a very special loving and devoted nephew, Donald (Nell) McCloud of Burnsville, AL; and numerous nieces and nephews. Mr. McCloud retired from R.L. Zeigler Company after 47 years of service. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. The family would like to give a special thanks to Aseracare Hospice. Graveside services will be 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 2, 2010 at New Live Oak Cemetery with Rev. Earl Compton officiating and Lawrence Brown-Service directing. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home.
