Charles Rollins

Charles A. Rollins, age 95 of Minter left this earthly life on Thursday April 29, 2010. Funeral services will be held on Saturday May 1, 2010 at the Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home Chapel at 10:30 a.m. with Rev. Shawn Merithew officiating. The family will receive friends 30 minutes prior to the service.
He is preceded in death by, Idazee B. Rollins, his wife of 63 years, and Essie Earle Quarles, his sister. He is survived by a daughter, Bernice Kelley (George), two sons, Charles N. Rollins (Dorothy) and Clayton Vernon Rollins, a dear niece, Barbara Quarles O���Brien, 5 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren and 2 great great- grandchildren.
Though his life was not easy, he had a thankful heart and was a good and faithful husband, father and friend.
Pallbearers will George Kelley, Jr., Bob Kelley, Allen Rollins, Marshall Overman, Austin Overman and Gary Cook.
