Charles Sides

Charles Edward Sides passed away on November 4, 2020 at the age of 77. He was born July 25, 1943 to the late W.A. and Annie Sides.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Tricia; brothers, James, Doug, Thomas and John Willie and father-in-law, Coy Helms.

He is survived by his children, Shannon (Michael) Headley of Valley Grande, AL., Eddie (Marie) Sides of Selma, AL; grandchildren, Shanna-Marie and Daniel and great-grandson, Oliver; mother-in-law, Louise Helms; sisters, Hazel (Lee) Brown of Prattville, AL and Liz Teasley of Deatsville, AL.

Funeral services will be Tuesday, November 10, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home with Rev. Arthur Plummer officiating. Interment will follow in New Live Oak Cemetery with Rev. Keith Chandler officiating. Visitation will begin at the funeral home at 10:00 a.m.

Pallbearers will be Robbie Rose, Michael Headley, Don Nalley, Kenneth Williams, Michael Chappelle and Daniel Sides. Honorary pallbearers will be Bobby Girlie, Bert Fisher, Barry Reed, Bradley Capps, Bart Cruz, Don Hicks and Robert Rose.
