Clara May Ingram

Clara May Blankenship Ingram passed away April 17, 2025 at the age of 96. She was born March 29, 1929 to the late Charles Markus Blankenship and Mary Addie Lee Blackman Blankenship.

She was preceded in death by her husband, A.C. "Jack" Ingram; daughter, Jackie (Ross) Naze, son, Marvin Cecil Ingram; brothers, Fred L. Blankenship, Charles Blankenship, Earl W. Blankenship and William A. Blankenship; sister, Jewel Marie Blankenship.

She is survived by her grandchildren, Dana Coral (Patrick) Baker, Donna Gardner, George Scott (Carlyn) Ingram, Marvin Anthony (LaShawn) Ingram; daughter-in-law, Nancy R. Ingram and a host of great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral services will be Tuesday, April 22, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. at Ebenezer Baptist Church with Rev. Micah Gaston officiating and Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home of Selma directing. Interment will follow at the church cemetery. Visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m., prior to the service.

Pallbearers will be George S. Ingram, Anthony Ingram, Robert Stewart, Kelly Box, Carrie Martin and Keith Ingram.
