Clarence (C.M.) King, age 83, of Marion Junction, AL, passed away April 25, 2013. He was preceded in death his parents, Harvey and Hilda King; brother, Harvey Allen King, II and great grandchildren, Krista and Klare King-Martin. He is survived by his wife, Hazel M. King; children, Mike King, Pete (Louise) King and Robyn (Jimmy Martin) King; grandchildren, Jessica (Wes) Johnson, Meredith (Chad) Crocker, Emilee (Chris) Sewell, Allison (Kip) Tullos and Susan (Abraham) Rowe; great-grandchildren, Kaitlyn Crocker, Mackenzie Crocker, C. J. Crocker, Abby Johnson, Zec Johnson, Daniel Johnson, Jeremiah Johnson, Katherine Tullos, Malachi Rowe and Jackson Rowe and nephews, Harvey King, III and David King. Funeral services will be Saturday, April 27, 2013 at Marion Junction United Methodist Church at 3:00 p.m. with Tom Rimmer officiating. Interment will be in the Marion Junction Cemetery with Selma Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be prior to the service at 2:00 p.m. Pallbearers will be Chris Sewell, Chad Crocker, Harvey King, III, Charlie Middlebrooks, Kip Tullos, David King and Abraham Rowe. Honorary pallbearers will be Freddie Epp, David Crawford, A. F. Caley and Pete Carter. Clarence was a life-long member of Marion Jct. Methodist Church where he served as a lay minister, board member and Sunday School teacher. He was past-president of the Perry County Farm Bureau, past-president of the National Dairy Association and Chairman of the Southeastern United Dairy Association.
