Claud Albert Fisher

Claud Albert "Burt" Fisher, known for his love of fishing and dedication to serving his country, passed away peacefully on April 29, 2023 while enjoying one of life's simple pleasures, fishing.

Born on December 16, 1938, Burt lived an incredible life dedicated to his passions and fruitful endeavors. He was a devoted husband to Barbara D. Fisher for 33 years and an exceptional father to Burton (Terri) Fisher and Jay Fisher. Beyond that, he deeply cherished his grandson, John Tyler Fisher who have given him endless joy throughout the years.

A patriotic man with a sense of duty towards his nation, Burt served in the Air Force from March 28, 1960 to March 27, 1964 as an aircraft mechanic. 

Claud "Burt" Albert Fisher will always be missed but never forgotten as we carry forward his legacy in our hearts forevermore.

Burt wished to be cremated and have his ashes spread in the Alabama River, where he loved to fish.
