Cleo Patra Newman, age 91, of Selma, passed away Wednesday, February 11, 2015.
She is preceded by her husband: Henry Newman; sons: Jessie, James, Carl and Willie Joe Newman; and granddaughter: Heather Newman and Ann Nichols.
Mrs. Newman was survived by her son: William "Peewee" Newman (Sunette); daughters: Margie Nichols, Maggie Wilkerson (Mack), Myrtice Bedsole (Ronnie); 16 grandchildren, sister: Mamie Allen; numerous great grandchildren and relatives.
Services will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, February 14 at Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home with Dr. Ed Eaton officiating. Burial will follow at Casey Church of Christ Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be grandchildren.
