Cora Rankin

Cora Clarice Rankin, age 78, of Selma died Thursday, June 12, 2008 at a local hospital. Services will be held on Monday, June 16, 2008 at Westwood Church of God at 7:00 P.M. with Rev. Jonathan Lambert officiating and Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home directing, with a private burial Tuesday for family at New Live Oak Cemetery. She is preceded in death by her parents William ���Bill��� Chapelle and Maggy Bane Chapelle, son, Chester Rader, brother, James Chapelle, and sister Boots Chapelle Litzenburg. Mrs. Rankin is survived by her husband, John Ed Rankin, children, Donnie Rader (Marsha), and Donna James (Hank), five grandchildren, Justin Campbell, Anessa Rader, Jared Rader, Kendra (Mickey) Hurst, Caleb Rader, great grandchild, Dayton Rader, sister, Faye Andrews, and a brother, Ulysses Chappelle. The family will receive friends at the church on Monday, June 16, 2008 from 5:00 until 7:00 P.M.
