David Sharpe, Sr.

David Edward Sharpe, Sr. passed away June 9, 2020 at the age of 75. He was born July 27, 1944 to the late Joseph Jackson “Jack” Sharpe, Sr. and Rose Mae Farish Sharpe.

He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Ruby Ann Nichols Sharpe; children, Amy (David) Jones and David Edward (Dawn) Sharpe, II; grandchildren, William Pearson Sharpe, Sarah Camille Sharpe, Joseph Sharpe Jones and James Wesley Jones; brother, Joseph Jackson “Jack” (Teresa) Sharpe, Jr. and niece, Heidi Nicole Sharpe.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later time. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to Summerfield Baptist Church; 72 Main St, Valley Grande, AL 36701.
