Doris Hooks Howell, age 81, died Thursday January 22, 2009. Survivors include her sons; Ron (Faye) Howell, of Robertsdale, AL Phillip (Lesia) Howell, of Selma, AL, Gary (Tenesa) Howell, seven grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday January 24, 2009 at New Live Oak Cemetery with Reverend Preston Johnson officiating and Lawrence Brown- Service Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. on Friday January 23, 2009 at the funeral home.
