Doris Robbins

Mrs. Doris P. Robbins, 92, died in Commerce, Georgia on January 10, 2011. Before leaving Wilcox County, Mrs. Robbins was a resident of Furman, Alabama for more than 50 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jesse Cox Robbins, and her son, Jesse Cox Robbins Jr. (Robbie). Mrs. Robbins is survived by two sisters, Mary Hagerman (husband Joe) of Decatur, Alabama and Alice Taylor of Jefferson, Georgia. Also surviving are a niece, Jan Cupp, two nephews, Bob Hagerman and Billy Taylor, and several great nieces and nephews.
A short graveside service will be held at Palmer Cemetery in Furman at 1:00 P.M. on January 21, 2011 with Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home of Selma directing.
