Earnest Herrmann, Jr.

E. Earl Herrmann, Jr. passed away January 26, 2023 at the age of 89. He was born April 24, 1933 to the late Earnest Earl Herrmann, Sr. and Ethel Lavinia Rhodes Herrmann in Birmingham, Alabama.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Kathryn "Boo" Herrmann.

He is survived by his son, Jon (Molly) Herrmann and daughter, Kate Herrmann.

Funeral services will be Monday, January 30, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at First Baptist Church with Rev. Jeff Reeves officiating and Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends at the church beginning at 10:00 a.m., prior to the service.

The family will have a private burial at New Live Oak when the cemetery reopens from the tornado damage.
