Edna Campbell

Edna Strickland Campbell was born on December 28, 1921 and died on October 31, 2010 at the age of 88. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Cecil Campbell; son, William Richard Campbell; parents, William David Strickland and Edna Flowers Strickland and her siblings, Clayton Strickland, James Strickland, John David Strickland, John Whitcomb, Gertrude Whitcomb, Ellen Whitcomb Williams, Margaret Whitcomb Jeffreys, Allen Strickland, Elmer Strickland and Barbara Strickland Miley. She is survived by her children, Edna C. (Herb) Story, Jean C. (Edwin) Pearson and Randy Campbell; grandchildren, Mark (Regina) Story, Michael (Sheree) Story, Edd (Carla) Pearson and Nicole Beasley; seven great-grandchildren, Josh Story, Shelby Story, Samantha Story, Reagan Story, Brittany Pearson, Anna Claire McMillan and Pearson Beasley; brother, Charles L. Strickland and a host of nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be Tuesday, November 2, 2010 at Mt. Pleasant Presbyterian Cemetery at 10:00 a.m. with Dr. Kenny Hatcher officiating and Selma Funeral Home directing. Mrs. Campbell was a member of Northside Baptist Church for many years.
