Ethel Meyer

Ethel Jeanne Meyer, age 80, of Selma, AL, passed away July 31, 2011. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack P. Meyer, parents, John and Helen Hamilton and sister, June Wallace. She is survived by her children, Linda (Ron) Stewart, Don (Anne) Meyer, Debra Manges, Lisa Hanna, John (Stephanie) Meyer and Paul Meyer; sisters, Janice (Johnny) Brightwell and Joan Thomason; sister-in-law, Joan McKissick and grandchildren, Tara Stewart, Brandon Stewart, Brent (Ashley) Stewart, Shane Stewart, Kerstin (Tim) Meyer-Jeffus, Michael Manges, Scott Manges, Logan Hanna, Dakota Hanna, Hayley Hanna, Jake Meyer, Jaime Hammond, Lindsay Savoie, Matthew Miller, Jacob Miller and Hillary Edwards and great-grandchildren, James, John, Lily and Landon and a host of nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Friday, August 5, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at Houston Park Church of Christ with Tom McLemore officiating. Interment will be in Pineview Memory Gardens with Selma Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be prior to the service from 1-2:00 p.m. Pallbearers will be John Meyer, Paul Meyer, Brandon Stewart, Shane Stewart, Ron Stewart and Scott Manges. The family would like to thank Dr. Raymond Brignac and the staff of Warren Manor Nursing Home.
