Eugene Middlebrooks

Eugene Middlebrooks, age 78, of Valley Grande, AL, passed away February 20, 2015. He was preceded in death by his wife, Marie Middlebrooks, and his parents, Vivian Gaines and Evie Mae Middlebrooks. Surviving are his children, Michelle (Jerry) Barnett of Madison, AL, Claire (Tony) Roberts of Crittenden, KY and Elizabeth (Tad) Somes of Level Green, PA; grandchildren, Lamar Barnett, III, Grace Barnett, Wil (Sarah) Roberts, Sarah Roberts, Trent Somes and Vivian Somes; sister, Ola Mae Farmer, brothers-in-law, Kenneth (Dianna) Akers and Charles Collins; sister-in-law, Berta Lou Middlebrooks, and numerous nieces and nephews.. Funeral services will be Monday, February 23, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at First Baptist Church with Dr. Jerry Light officiating. Interment will be in Pineview Memory Gardens with Selma Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be Sunday, February 22, 2015 from 4-6:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Lamar Barnett, III., Wil Roberts, Trent Somes, David Sanders, Frank Collins, Gaines Middlebrooks, and Anthony Akers.
