Eva Mills

Eva Darling Mills, age 46, of Selma, AL, passed away June 27, 2010. She was preceded in death by her parents, James Guthrie Jr. and Elsie Mae Guthrie and grandchild, Micah Lee Deavers. Surviving are her husband, Charles E. "Chuck" Mills; son, Chris (Aimee) Bevins; daughter, Alex (Anthony) Deavers; father and mother-in-law, Troy and Judy Stokes, father and mother-in-law, Charles "Tom" and Betty Mills; brother, James Michael Guthrie; sisters, Judy Ann (Ronnie) McMillon, Linda Carlo Redman and Mary Ann Stegell; brothers-in-law, Joseph (Lynn) Mills and Chris (Jessica) Mills; sister-in-law, Jennifer Mills; grandchild, Sierra Morgan Deavers and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Wednesday, June 30, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at Selma Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Linda Tarver officiating. Interment will be in Pineview Memory Gardens with Selma Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends Tuesday, June 29, 2010 from 6-8:00 p.m. Pallbearers will be Joe Mills, Tony Wade, Jennifer Hill, Billy Bundy, Stuart Corly and Dan Lane. Honorary pallbearers will be the Craig and Tyler Volunteer Fire Departments. The family would like to say a special thank you to Dr. White, Dr. Vega and the staff of Montgomery Cancer Clinic and Elizabeth, Maria, Leah, Carrie and staff of Asera Care Hospice.
