Faron Dean York

Faron Dean York passed away September 2, 2023 at the age of 69. He was born September 17, 1953 to the late Shelby and Merle York. He was married to Linda Fendley York for 49 years and was a wonderful husband, Dad and "Papa".
 
He worked at Fuller Building Supply and retired after 25 years.
 
He was preceded in death by his brothers, Gene York and Bill York.
 
He is survived by his wife, Linda Fendley York; son, Jeremy York; grandson, Jeremy Tyler York; grandaughter, Maggie York; great-grandsons, Mason York and Colton York; "Daddy's Sweet Boy", Buddy; brother, George (Pat) York; sisters, Vina Bearden, Nancy McDonald and twin-sister, Karen Helms; step-sisters, Pat Belcher and Susan Smitherman; aunt, Hazel Olsen; sisters-in-law, Evie (Vernon) Thomas, Shirley (Arlon) Thacker, Ann Bedgood and Peggy Fendley and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
 
Funeral services will be Friday, September 8, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home with Dr. Jerry Light and Rev. Scott Girlie officiating. Interment will follow at Pineview Memory Gardens. Visitation will be Thursday evening at the funeral home from 6:00-8:00 p.m.
 
Pallbearers will be Henry Helms, Jr., Aaron Johnson, Russell McClellan, Timothy McDonald, Boyd Fuller and Bruce Fuller. Honorary pallbearers will be the employees of Fuller Building Supply and all of his loyal customers.
