Floyd McCarver

Floyd Franklin McCarver, age 85, of Selma, AL, passed away June 15, 2011. He was preceded in death by his friend, Mary Price and sister, Annie Ross Howton. He is survived by his sons, Daniel Franklin (Mary Nell) McCarver and James Michael McCarver; daughters, Patricia Ann Hendren, Debra Yvonne (Tommy) McCommon and Rachel McCarver; brother, Austin McCarver; sister, Edna Mae Foster; nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be Friday, June 17, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at Houston Park Church of Christ with Tom McLemore officiating. Interment will be in Pineview Memory Gardens with Selma Funeral Home officiating. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Thursday, June 16, 2011 from 6-8:00 p.m. Pallbearers will be Jackie Kidd, Cody Bridges, Tommy McCommon, Louie Adkins, Don Davis and Eric Jones.
