Frances Calhoun

Frances Moore Calhoun, age 93, of Selma, died Friday October 1, 2010. She was preceded in death by her husband of 66 years Andrew Pickens Calhoun Jr., her parents, Frank and Nell Moore, a sister and four brothers. Survivors include her children, Andrew Pickens Calhoun, III (Linda) of Lakeland, FL and Mary Calhoun Chesney (Joseph T.) of Douglasville, Ga; grandchildren, Andrew Pickens Calhoun, IV, Frances Calhoun Varnes and Thomas Edward Costner, III; 6 great-grandchildren;her sister Nellie Moore Milton; sisters-in-law, Evelyn Calhoun Youngblood, Bernice Moore, and Helen Moore; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held Monday October 4, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at Carlowville St. Paul���s Episcopal Church Cemetery with Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home directing.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Carlowville Cemetery fund.
