Frances Faye Sealy

Frances Faye Green Sealy passed away October 22, 2016 at the age of 79. She was born March 3, 1937 to the late Lester Pettus Green and Myrtle Lee Bridges Green Broughton.

She was preceded in death by husband, James Murphy Sealy, Sr.; son, James Murphy “Bud” Sealy, Jr., grandsons, James Allen Walker and Jeffrey Mark Davenport; father, Lester Pettus Green; mother, Myrtle Lee Bridges Green Broughton; step-father, Buster Broughton; siblings, W.C. Green, Evelyn (Emile) Hotard, Nannie Mae (Calvin) Johnston, Daisy Lou (Elie) Naquain; brothers-in-law, Jimmie Allen, Jack Foman and Ivy Bourg and sister-in-law, Mabeline (Grady) Burnett.

She is survived by her children, Shirley (Charles) Davenport, Kathy Crowe, Donnie (Darlene) Sealy and Ronnie Sealy; grandchildren, Charles (Christa) Davenport, Jr., James Dereck (Heather) Sealy, Shawn Rooks, Jeremy (Kim) Crowe, Buddy Crowe, Elizabeth Crowe, Steven (Brittany) Jubel, Elisha (C.J.) Hodge, Wesley (Jessica) Subel, Donald “Junior” Sealy, Jr., Jayne Murphy Sealy and Jordan Carlisle Sealy; twelve great-grandchildren; daughter-in-law, Wanda Sealy; siblings, Mollie M. Allen, Richard (Virginia) Green, Emma Foman, Walter Oliver “Ott” Green and Jeanette “Nett” Bourg; brother-in-law, Bobby G. (Joann) Sealy; sisters-in-law, Fannie Mae Green and Doris Hurt and a host of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be Tuesday, October 25, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home with Rev. James Bozeman officiating. Interment will follow in Pineview Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday evening from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.

Pallbearers will be Charles Davenport, Sr., Charles Davenport, Jr., Charles Davenport, III, David Hulsey, Billy Green and Donald “Junior” Sealy, Jr.
