Gayle Parrish Williams age 78 of Selma, passed away on Saturday, September 25 at her home.
She was born in on April 3, 1943 to the late Percy Edward "Pep" Parrish, Sr. and the late Norma "Dot" Grindle Parrish.
She is survived by her daughter, Melissa (Tim) Hubbard; granddaughters, Parrish (Jonathan) Williams, Anna Gayle Hubbard, and Brittany (Allen) Dodson; grandsons, Jeffrey (Katlyn) Hubbard, Austin Hubbard , and Anthony (Brandy) Orlando; 6 great-grandchildren; brothers, Phil Parrish and Ed (Sherry) Parrish; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Percy "Pep" Parrish, Sr. and Norma "Dot" Parrish; husband, Harold "Spike" Williams; son, Jeffrey Dwayne Williams; and daughter, Tammy Renee Williams.
A memorial visitation will be held on Sunday, October 10, 2021 from 1-3 pm at Selma Funeral Home.
Mrs. Williams will be laid to rest in Pineview Memory Gardens.
The family would like to thank everyone for their thoughts and prayers by saying, "Momma loved freely, accepting all as extended family." Also, a special thanks to Alicia Davis for her love and support. Although you were cousins, she loved you like a sister.
