Grace Daniels, age 62, of Valley Grande, passed away Monday, October 4, 2010.
She is preceded in death by her parents Grace and David Dumas, brother, David ��� Buck��� Dumas and sister, Nora Bell Donaldson.
Mrs. Daniels is survived by her husband of 46 years, James B. Daniels, son; Mark E. Daniels (Jeana), daughters; Nora A. (Kevin) Sellers and Laura M. ���Susie��� ( Michael) Crouch, brothers; Rubin S. Dumas of Warren, AR., James P. Dumas of Mobile, AL., and William P. Dumas of Frisco City, AL; and sister; Annie Laura Youngblood of Montocella, AR. Seven grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Kevin Sellers, Michael Crouch, Jared Sellers, Keneth Daniels, Jack Ledbetter, and Hunter Crouch.
Mom had the most beautiful spirit. Her last 12 years were filled with extreme illness, but she never lost her ability to laugh, love and sing. She loved every person that she met and she will be truly missed by so many.
Services will be held 2:00 p.m. Thursday, October 7, 2010 at Coy Cemetery in Wilcox County with Rev. Tony Cannon officiating and Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be held Thursday from 11-12 at the funeral home.
The family would like to give a special thanks to Dr. Kent Taylor and his staff at Selma Nephrology for their compassion, care, and kindness shown to their mother.
