Hager Gibbs

Hager Leroy Gibbs, Sr, age 81, of Selma, died Thursday December 13, 2012. Mr. Gibbs was preceded in death by his parents, Henry Edward Gibbs, Sr. and Mary Mason Gibbs and his son, Hager Leroy Gibbs, Jr. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Elizabeth Gibbs, daughter, Miriam Gibbs of Selma; grandchildren, Jerrilyn Crowe (Blake), Jeremy Gibbs, Russell Booth, Jamie Meyer and Shannon Osbourne; brothers, Henry Gibbs Jr. (Francis) and Norman Wallace Gibbs (Martha).

A chapel service will be held Monday December 17, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home with Reverend Ronnie Blakenship officiating and burial following in New Live Oak Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 10-11 a.m. Monday.

Pallbearers will be Keith Phillips, Paul Phillips, Tim Phillips, Derick Hicks, Bill Lolley and Blake Crowe.
