Harold Plummer

Harold Sanders Plummer, age 75, of Valley Grande, AL, passed away February 14, 2011. He was preceded in death by his brothers, John L. Plummer and Harvey Morris Plummer and sisters, Mildred Dunkin and Miriam Brady. He is survived by his wife, Joyce McBryde Plummer; son, John Harvey Plummer; daughters, Kaye (Scott) Carey and Patricia (Ronnie) Pennington and grandchildren, Kaylynn Plummer and Amber Hattaway. Graveside services will be Wednesday, February 16, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at Pineview Memory Gardens with Dr. Cecil Williamson officiating and Selma Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be prior to the service from 12-2:00 p.m. Pallbearers will be Medford Pharr, Dana Hollis, Brooks Day, Cary Jones, Frank Dunkin and Pettus Suttle. Honorary pallbearer will be Creg Rinehart. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations to be made to Crescent Hill Presbyterian Church, 100 Crescent Hill Drive, Selma, AL, 36701 or to a charity of choice.
