Helen Cook

Helen Pugh Cook passed away October 21, 2022 at the age of 81. She was born May 22, 1941 to the late John Dewitt Pugh and Pearl Burge Pugh.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Cook; son, Tim Cook; daughter, Linda McCormick; grandson, Thomas Curtis Cook; great-grandson, Damien Day.

She is survived by her children, Raymond (Kay) Cook, Georgia (Mark) Harris, Curtis (Janie) Cook, Charles "Chuck" (Susan) Cook and Roger (Missy) Cook; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren; grandchildren; sisters, Hazel Plummer and Brenda Foshee and a host of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be Monday, October 24, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home with Pastor Jerry Harrison officiating. Interment will follow at Pineview Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends beginning at 1:00 p.m., prior to the service.
