Irene Byrd

Irene Byrd, age 84, of Plantersville, AL, passed away February 4, 2012. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Byrd and her siblings. She is survived by her sons, David (Debbie) Byrd, Billy Byrd and Ricky (Sabrina) Byrd; daughters, Sherry Hogan, Teresa (Steven) Olah and Tammy (Charlie) Thompson; twenty-one grandchildren and nineteen great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be Thursday, February 9, 2012 at 12:00 p.m. at Selma Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be in Pineview Memory Gardens with Selma Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be Wednesday February 8, 2012 from 6-8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Josh Olah, Chris Byrd, Kenny Turner, Anthony Seymour, Tyler Wilhoit and Zachary Wilhoit.
