James Barnes

James Thomas Barnes born March 20, 1952 died March 1, 2011. He was preceded in death by his father, Daniel Jackson Barnes. He is survived by his mother, Alice Elizabeth Scott Barnes of Selma; brothers, Willard (Gloria) Barnes, Eugene (Gail) Barnes, Bruce Barnes, and Gwyn Barnes all of Selma; sisters, Alice (Al) Wales of Huntsville, Patricia (Berry) Vines, Elaine (Edward) Shumate, and Judy (Johnny) Robinson all of Selma; numerous nieces, nephews, grand nieces and nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. on Friday, March 4, 2011 at Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 5, 2011 at the Chapel of Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home with Rev. Tommy Fancher officiating. Burial will follow in New Live Oak Cemetery. Pallbearers will be nephews, Eric Barnes, Everett Barnes, Jonathan Barnes, Brandon Barnes, Bryant Barnes, and Kerry Horton. Honorary Pallbearer will be David Vines.
