James Roy Carter passed away February 27, 2016 at the age of 63. He was born May 3, 1951 to the late John Roy and Bela Elizabeth "Smith" Carter.
He is survived by his brother, John Randall; sister, Debra E. Carter; sisters-in-law, Donna Carter and Angelia Varner and many nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be Wednesday, March 2, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at Carter-Golson Family Cemetery with Sam Lunnard officiating and Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home directing.
