James Luther Johnson passed away on May 2, 2014 at the age of 89.
He was preceded in death by his wife Nell and their son, Gary Johnson and daughter, Kay Markley.
He is survived by his son, Mark (Debbie) Johnson; grandchildren, Bryant (Ursa) Johnson, Charelton (Tina) Johnson, Michael (Stephanie) Johnson, Heather Lowe, Scott (Erin) Markley and Jessica (Manuka) Abeykoon; 11 great-grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be Monday, May 5, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. in Pineview Memory Gardens with Randall Mims officiating and Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be Sunday, May 4, 2014 from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be his grandchildren.
