James Reed, Jr.

James Hubert Reed, Jr., age 66, of Selma, AL, passed away February 14, 2011. He is survived by his son, Dr. Jason Reed; brothers, Billy (Sandra) Reed, Johnny (Patricia) Reed and Barry (Judy) Reed; aunt, Beth Causey and grandchildren, Jaden James Reed and Dylan Matthew Reed. Graveside services will be Wednesday, February 16, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at Pisgah Baptist Church with Chaplain Glenn Taylor officiating and Selma Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be held prior to the service at 1-2:00 p.m. at the church. Pallbearers will be Harold Spivey, Wendell Nichols, Charlie Worrell, Danny Hoggle, Donnie Harris and Wayne Plummer. Honorary pallbearers will be Don Elam, Pat Elam, Billy Ledbetter, Ronnie Guyton and Roland Twilley. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations to be made to Pisgah Church Cemetery Fund, 13401 AL Hwy 219, Selma, AL, 36701.
