Janice Sharpe

Janice "Johnnie Mae" Sharpe, age 54, of Selma, AL, passed away December 4, 2013. She was preceded in death by her father, Johnny Sturdivant and sister, Susie Mae Walters. She is survived by her husband, Nathaniel Sharpe; mother, Roberta Whitt Sturdivant; daughters, Shmeko Sturdivant and Laquita Sharpe; step-son, Cheynne Phillips; brothers, Joe Walters, Jimmy (Valerie) Walters, Tony Sturdivant, Edward Sturdivant, and Michael (Samantha) Sturdivant; sister, Barbara Caffey; grandchildren, A'Shunta Cleveland, Jacob Sturdivant, Cecil Coleman and Breanna Sturdivant; "special cousin," Tia Sturdivant and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and her beloved church family at Fresh Anointing House of Worship. Funeral services will be Saturday, December 14, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. at Fresh Anointing House of Worship with Pastor Coley Chesnet officiating. Interment will be in Pineview Memory Gardens with Selma Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be Friday, December 13, 2013 from 5-7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Family members will serve as pallbearers.
