Jeanette Hardin

Jeanette Faile Hardin passed away January 2, 2023 at the age of 83. She was born March 25, 1939 to the late Williard Faile and Annie Sherrer Faile.

She was preceded in death by her brother, William T. "Billy" Faile.

She is survived by her husband of 63 years, M. A. "Buddy" Hardin; children, Tay (Jerry) Etheredge, Wes (Dianne) Hardin and Tara (Chuck) Utsey; grandchildren, Sterling (Andrew) Harrison; Wesley Hardin, Davis Hardin, Chase Utsey, Hardin Utsey, Holt Utsey; great-grandchildren, Allye Ann Harrison and Drew Harrison; sister-in-law, Shirley Hardin (David) Wright; nieces and nephews, Madison Faile, Rebecca (Dale) Sheffield and Ronnie (Pam) Wright.

Jeanette, known as “Net” to all of her family and friends loved her “Buddy,” her 3 special children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She had a love for art and was a talented artist herself. Her special love for animals had no boundaries.

Funeral services will be Friday, January 6, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home with Rev. Misty Barrett officiating. Interment will follow at New Live Oak Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m., prior to the service. The service will be live streamed online at http://watchlawrence.live , via the funeral home's Facebook page.

Pallbearers will be Andrew Harrison, Wesley Hardin, Davis Hardin, Chase Utsey, Hardin Utsey and Holt Utsey. Honorary pallbearers will be Madison Faile, Chuck Utsey, Jerry Etheredge, Earl Edwards, David Wright.
