Jessie Clyde Moss Sr, age 69 of Fulton, AL, passed away on September 25, 2020 at his home surrounded by his family. He was born in Mississippi on February 8, 1951.
He was a former automobile dealer.
He served in the U.S. Army. He was a lifelong fan of Alabama Crimson Tide Football and old Western movies. His greatest passion was spending time with his family and cooking. He never met a stranger and touched the lives of everyone he came in contact with. He was the most generous and loving man.
He is survived by his loving wife of 23 years, Joyce Moss; son, Jessie Moss Jr. (Tracey Vickers); daughters, Sherri Moss and Terri Moss; step-daughter, Valerie Eads; sister, Ann Jones (Cederic); nephew, Rodney Braswell (Angie); 12 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Nathan and Mary Braswell; sister, Jane Champion; brother, Ronnie Moss; daughter-in-law, Tina Moss; nephew, Corey Braswell; and stepson, Wesley Hyte.
Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, September 29, 2020 at 2 p.m. in Pineview Memory Gardens in Valley Grande.
Pallbearers will be Jessie Moss, Jr. , Jessie Edward Moss, Brandon Moss , Justin Moss, Rodney Braswell, and Fred Bollinger.
Final care and arrangements have been entrusted to Selma Funeral Home.
