Jimmy Wampler

Jimmy Booher Wampler, age 78, of Orrville, AL, passed away May 24, 2012. He is survived by his wife, Maxine Wampler; children, Andy (Shelia) Dearman, Marc Dearman and Retha (Larry) Herrod; sister-in-law, Ruth Wampler; grandchildren, Nikki Burrows, Jeffrey Herrod, Melanie Dearman, Malorie Dearman Murphy, Courtney Mims, Sabrina Vazquez and Madison Dearman; great-grandchildren, Anna Kate Burrows, Ellie Burrows and Alayna Murphy, and nieces and nephews, Larry (Judy) Williamson, Juanita (Jeremy) Barrett and their children, Reagan and Madison, Sylvester Williamson, Shirley (Mike) Groseclose, Darius (Helen) Wampler, Martha Susan Wampler, Violet Stierland, Paula (Tom) McNabb and Danny (Lee) Wampler. Funeral services will be Sunday, May 27, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at Selma Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Art Hartley and Rev. Sandy Simmons officiating. Interment will be in Cambridge Christian Church Cemetery with Selma Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be Saturday, May 26, 2012 at 5-7:00 p.m. Pallbearers will be Harold Hannah, Jim Scalf, Sutt Molette, Jim Whidby, Calvin Bowie and Owen Yoder. Honorary pallbearers will be Dr. Aghedo, Dr. Overstreet, Robert Curtis, Robert Wampler and Paul Duke. Flowers will be accepted or memorial donations can be made to Cambridge Christian Church or Orrville United Methodist Church.
