Jimmy Atchison

Jimmy Carl Atchison age 80 of Selma, passed away on Thursday, August 6, 2020 at his home. He was born December 17, 1939 to the late Ben Samuel Atchison and the late Eunice Delene Tucker Atchsion.
He was a lifelong carpenter.
He is survived by his wife, Shirley Atchison; children, Jerry (Tina) Atchison, Johnny (Laura) Atchison, Sirena (Donnie) Carter, and Stacy Atchison; and a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Ben and Eunice Atchison; and siblings, Daisy McDaniel, Frances Molner, Clifton Atchison, Roy Atchison, Wilson Atchison, Nellie Melton. Erskin Atchison, Vera Cain, Paul Atchison, and Dorothy Atchison.
Graveside services will be held on Sunday, August 9, 2020 at Plantersville Baptist Church Cemetery at 2:00 p.m.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
A walk-through visitation will be held from 1-2 p.m. on Sunday at the church. Please practice social distancing and wear a face covering.
