Jimmy Wade

Jimmy Doolittle Wade, age 67, of Valley Grande, AL, passed away April 19, 2010. He was preceded in death by his parents, James David and Grace Wade and brothers, Charles Wade, Russ Wade, Denny Wade and Leipole Wade. Surviving are his wife, Pat Wade; son, Randall Wade of Puntagorda, FL; daughters, Kim Daniels (Larry Davis) and Kristi (Tony) Greene both of Valley Grande, AL; sisters, Kathleen (Allen) Fancher of Valley Grande, AL, Stella (Brad) Capps of Selma, AL and Helen Coon of Rockledge, FL; sisters-in-law, Nelvin Wade of Calera, AL and Sally Wade of Overland Park, KS; grandchildren, Kenneth Daniels, Amber Daniels, Kendall Greene, Hunter Nichols and Madison Nichols; great-grandchild, Chloe Goodman and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Friday, April 23, 2010 at Ocmulgee Baptist Church at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Daniel Summerlin officiating. Interment will be in Ocmulgee Baptist Church Cemetery with Selma Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, April 22, 2010 from 6-8:00 p.m. Pallbearers will be Burt Maroney, Eugene Barnes, Boyd Fuller, Johnny Fancher, John Mooney and Tommy Swindal. Honorary pallbearers will be Alfey McDonald, Brad Capps, Dr. Boyd Bailey and Tommy Fancher.
