Joe Chandler

"Joe" Walter Clay Chandler, age 88, of Jones, AL, passed away July 13, 2016. He is survived by his wife, Dorothy M. Chandler; children, Audrey (Billy) Quarles and Walter E. (Barbara) Chandler; grandchildren, Brad (Monica) Chandler and Adam Chandler; great-grandchildren, JoAnna Chandler and Knox Chandler, and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Saturday, July 16, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Milton Baptist Church in Jones, AL with Dr. Tom Tucker, Rev. Paul Atchison and Rev. Art Hartley officiating. Interment will be in Milton Cemetery with Selma Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be Friday, July 15, 2016 from 5-7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Lawrence Chandler, Phillip Chandler, Neal Chandler, Melvin Parker, Donnie Nelson and Landon Johnson. Honorary pallbearers will be Josh Bishop, Ben Hammond, Jim Carr, Vasser Caver and Roger Speakman.
