John H. Mayfield, Jr., age 69 of Selma, passed away on Monday January 4, 2010 at a local hospital. Funeral services will be held on Saturday January 9, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. at Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church with Father Carroll Plourde officiating and Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home directing.
Mr. Mayfield is survived by his sisters, Mary Jane Flurry, Charlotte M. Norton, a nephew, Gary Lawson Norton (Kelly), his nieces, Jennifer Lauren Lull (Jeremy), Allison Leigh Norton, and three great-nieces.
