Kimberly Kay Horton, age 45, passed away Saturday, June 25, 2016 at home. She was preceded in death by her parents, Gene and Belinda Nichols; father-in-law, James Earl Horton and grandparents. Kim is survived by her husband, Donald Horton; son, Dustin Horton; brother, Allen (Amanda) Childress; grandmothers, Frances Jones and Jean Harvell; brothers-in-law, Jason (Rayne) Horton and Blake (Angela) Horton; mother-in-law, Peggy Sanders; uncle, John (Debra) Brock; nieces and nephews, Justin York, Delaney Horton, Katherine Horton, Kadence Horton, Brayden Horton, Eli Horton and a host of other relatives and friends. She is also survived by special family and friends, Amy Johnston, Christy Ford Steward, Shelley Jones, Tiffany Harvell, Angie Adams, Sissy Harrison and Lynn Lawrence. Visitation will be Monday, June 27, 2016 from 5-7:00 p.m. Funeral services will be Tuesday, June 28, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Selma Funeral Home with Pastor Ron Gordon officiating. Interment will be in Pineview Memory Gardens with Selma Funeral Home directing. Serving as pallbearers will be Roger Campbell, Chip McCullough, David Johnston, John Treherne, Michael Adams and Jimbo Small. Honorary pallbearers will be Tanner Melton, Aaron Lawrence, employees of Golden Ranch, Captain D's, the Selma Police Department and the Dallas County Sheriff's Department.
